Job summary

Alpha Structural, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Structural Construction Supervisor to lead high-impact repair projects, including residential foundation repair, grade beams, caissons, seismic retrofitting, underpinning, retaining walls, concrete, framing, steel, and drainage.

You will direct field crews, read structural plans, and ensure safety and quality on site while collaborating with project managers and inspectors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in structural concrete, framing and steel construction.
• Direct experience with residential foundation repairs and seismic retrofits.
• Ability to read and work from complex structural engineering plans.
• Valid driver's license and legal US work authorization.
• Residence within commuting distance of Los Angeles County.

Responsibilities

• Read and independently interpret structural plans, blueprints, and scope details to guide site execution.
• Direct daily activities for internal crews and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and cost targets.
• Coordinate material deliveries, quality control, and site operations to eliminate field delays.
• Serve as the primary field liaison for customers, city inspectors, and material vendors.
• Enforce strict jobsite safety procedures and maintain full compliance with Cal/OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Foremen to meet production goals efficiently.
