Alpha Structural, Inc. is seeking a Structural Repair Working Foreman to lead field crews on hillside, foundation, and seismic retrofit projects in Los Angeles County. You will supervise on-site teams, interpret plans, and drive safe, high-quality execution across demanding environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in structural or concrete construction, strong formwork and rebar skills, and own a truck with tools. We offer steady work and growth opportunities in a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of field crews in structural repair or foundation construction.
• Ability to read and interpret structural engineering plans and details.
• Experience with concrete formwork, rebar, demolition, and carpentry.
• Ownership of a reliable truck with lumber rack and a full set of tools.
• Comfort working in confined spaces and outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and collaborate with field crews to meet daily production targets.
• Execute concrete formwork, rebar installation, excavation, and demolition safely.
• Interpret engineering plans to ensure field work aligns with specs.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and inspections to minimize delays.
• Enforce safety by conducting tailgate meetings and job hazard analyses.
• Report progress and escalate discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
