Job summary

Alpha Structural, Inc. is seeking a Construction Foreman in Los Angeles, CA to supervise daily field operations on structural and civil projects, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and compliant with plans.

You will direct carpentry and concrete work, organize labor and materials, monitor heavy equipment, and coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve site issues, maintain documentation, and report progress and safety concerns to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction skills, including carpentry and concrete work.
• Quality control experience and knowledge of building codes.
• Experience operating or coordinating heavy equipment.
• Strong communication with crews, PMs, and engineers.
• Understanding of civil engineering principles related to structural integrity and site safety.
• Experience as foreman or lead on structural, hillside, or retrofit projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and time-management in fast-paced field environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and maintaining a safe jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and supervise crews.
