Job summary

RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Structures, to lead complex construction projects in and around Goldsboro, North Carolina. The role emphasizes ownership from planning through completion, coordinating with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Significant experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Strong background in structural, commercial, industrial, or complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts and financial performance.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, estimators, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review plans, specs, and drawings with attention to detail.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, documentation and reporting.
• Maintain strong client communication and exceptional project experience.
• Provide guidance and problem-solving to project teams.
• Ensure project plans translate from paper to reality.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
