Job summary

Meridia Recruitment Solutions, a KBRS Company, is seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager in Greensboro, NC. You will lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through design and construction phases, supervise budget adherence, and drive quality in structural deliverables.

Responsibilities include client communication, program scheduling, field coordination, and mentoring staff. PE/SE licensure preferred; eight to ten years in structural engineering, with project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural major) from a four-year college or university.
• Eight to ten years of direct structural engineering experience, preferably in a consulting engineering firm.
• Project management and leadership experience required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) and/or Structural Engineer (S.E.) license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high technical quality.
• Schedule and assign projects to facilitate effective execution.
• Coordinate with drafters and designers to produce drawings and construction documents.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external consultants, engineers, architects, contractors, clients and owners.
• Coordinate field measurements, site visits, and reports; participate in design coordination meetings.
