ERA Structural Engineering is seeking a Senior Structural Modeler in Phoenix to lead the development of 3D models and 2D construction documents across various project types. You will translate sketches, consultant models, and directions into coordinated, technically sound deliverables.

The role requires ownership of major components, alignment with standards, and effective coordination with internal and external teams to resolve coordination challenges and meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in architectural/structural drafting per listing.
• 10–14 years of structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and MS 365 programs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents including drawings, details, and notes.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and maintain project standards.
• Communicate progress, milestones, and questions to supervisor and engineer.
