You will lead structural design for diverse projects and help drive the growth of our structural engineering group while collaborating with environmental scientists and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• 7–11 years of experience designing steel and concrete structures.
• Licensed structural engineer in IA, IL, WI or able to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural engineering and design services for a variety of projects.
• Actively develop and grow the structural engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership on multidisciplinary projects and support client relationships.
• Develop project scopes, budgets and structural designs while delivering on schedule and within budget.
