The role emphasizes independent work, multi‑disciplinary collaboration, and serving as SME on challenging projects across industries. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $132,800 with comprehensive benefits; on‑site in Duluth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering from ABET‑accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience as a structural engineer; PE preferred, EIT required.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis using governing codes and standards.
• Provide leadership to junior engineers and guide multiple tasks.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and serve as Engineer of Record where applicable.
• Develop construction cost estimates and coordinate technical documents.
• Attend client meetings as SME and mentor others on design practices.
