Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Structural or related Engineering Technology.
• FE exam completed and 3 years of structural engineering experience.
• MS in Structural Engineering is preferred.
• EIT Certification is required; PE is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design from conceptual phase through design completion.
• Modify and review production drawings for government/military facilities.
• Design structural components per project managers.
• Apply knowledge of structural engineering concepts, codes, and procedures.
• Research and compile project-related data as required by project managers.
• Update drawings in CAD-related software to verify corrections.
• Prepare information for client presentations, shop drawings, and contract administration.
• Perform field inspections, measurements, or calculations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
