Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience or higher degrees with equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated leadership of significant technical projects and proposals with schedule/budget delivery.
• Strong propulsion system physics, design, and analysis knowledge.
• Experience with design processes and secondary rocker motor components.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the design and structural analysis team (7–10 engineers).
• Uphold safety, inclusion, diversity, standard methods, and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical excellence by maintaining standards and developing new methods and tools.
• Deliver technical results and assess risks for business development and programs.
