Responsibilities

• Developing and improving manufacturing processes in rocket motor case prep.
• Observing operations and monitoring prep processes on the shop floor.
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborating with concurrent engineering to document and schedule production.
• Authoring and updating work instructions and presenting technical reviews.
