SANY America is seeking an experienced engineering leader to develop large-tonnage hybrid mining loaders. The role collaborates with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, suppliers and field teams to deliver reliable and competitive equipment.

With revenues over $500 million, SANY America is pursuing aggressive growth and expanding its platform beyond the initial offering. The position involves office-based work in Peachtree City, GA, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in heavy equipment or off-highway vehicle engineering.
• Ability to manage priorities and communicate technical findings with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with large mining loaders, hybrid powertrains, and vehicle architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own overall architecture, technical direction and final design reviews for large-tonnage hybrid mining loaders.
• Set performance targets and benchmark against leading global platforms.
• Integrate powertrain, transmission, hydraulics, thermal management and structures for stability and energy efficiency.
• Resolve complex system-level issues and maintain engineering standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers and other stakeholders to support product launches and continuous improvement.
