Life Time Inc. in Friendswood, TX seeks a Lead Stretch Specialist to deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions, mentor a team, and uphold the Dynamic Personal Training Method. You will guide clients toward flexibility and mobility goals with expert technique.

You will lead and train stretch specialists, assess member needs, and ensure top-quality service while fostering an inclusive, collaborative fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions.
• CPR and First Aid Certified.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients to improve flexibility and mobility.
• Assess members’ flexibility and design personalized stretching programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of stretch specialists to maintain service quality.
• Educate Life Time team on recovery therapies and techniques.
• Complete trainings and uphold company standards.
• Maintain an artistry level recovery space with a welcoming atmosphere.
