Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Stretch Specialist to deliver Dynamic Stretch sessions, guiding clients toward flexibility and mobility goals.

You will mentor stretch specialists, oversee trainings, and ensure sessions meet Life Time standards while educating the broader team on recovery therapies.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of stretch experience, CPR/First Aid, and knowledge of anatomy; Pilates certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients, using various techniques to improve flexibility and mobility.
• Conduct initial member assessments to tailor personalized stretching programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of stretch specialists to ensure quality sessions.
• Educate Life Time team on recovery therapies and techniques to support the client experience.
• Engage in required training and maintain an advanced recovery space.
