Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Stretch Specialist to guide branded Dynamic Stretch sessions, helping clients achieve flexibility and mobility goals. You will mentor a team of stretch specialists and oversee training to ensure sessions meet Life Time standards.

You’ll educate the Life Time team on recovery therapies, participate in ongoing trainings, and maintain a focused recovery space that supports an exceptional client experience across our Austin facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience delivering assisted stretch sessions.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients to improve flexibility and mobility.
• Conduct initial assessments and create personalized stretching programs.
• Lead a team of stretch specialists and mentor training and performance.
• Educate Life Time team on recovery therapies and techniques.
• Participate in trainings and maintain an enhanced recovery space.
