Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Stretch Specialist in San Antonio, TX to deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions and mentor a team of stretch specialists. You will assess members, tailor programs, and uphold high service standards to help clients achieve mobility goals.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of stretching techniques, CPR/First Aid certification, and a commitment to Life Time's Dynamic Personal Training Method.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology helpful.
• Certified Pilates Trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one stretch sessions using varied techniques to improve flexibility and range of motion.
• Perform initial member assessments and tailor personalized stretching programs.
• Lead and mentor stretch specialists to ensure quality aligned with standards.
• Educate Life Time team on recovery therapies to enhance client experience.
• Complete required trainings and maintain a high-quality recovery space.
