Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• College degree in Exercise Science preferred; related certifications valued.
• CPR and AED certification required; knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies essential.

Responsibilities

• Stretching Sessions: Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients, using various techniques to improve flexibility and range of motion.
• Member Assessment: Conduct initial assessments to tailor personalized stretching programs.
• Team Mentorship: Lead a team of stretch specialists and provide training to ensure high-quality sessions.
• Educate Life Time team on recovery therapies to support client experience.
• Engage in required trainings and maintain an appropriate recovery space.
• Maintain an artistry level recovery space focused on all senses.
