Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Lead Stretch Specialist to deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions and mentor a team of stretch specialists. You will assess members, tailor programs, and uphold high service standards in line with the Dynamic Personal Training Method.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of anatomy and recovery techniques, and CPR/First Aid certification. The base pay is $15.00 per hour, with potential commissions based on personal production.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies required.
• Comfort with anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions to improve flexibility and mobility.
• Assess members and design personalized stretching programs.
• Lead and train a team of stretch specialists to ensure quality sessions.
• Educate Life Time staff on recovery therapies to enhance client experience.
• Engage in required training and maintain an organized recovery space.
• Uphold company standards and deliver high-quality service.
