Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience with FEA, hand calculations, and stress/dynamics analysis.
• Experience in highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Proficiency with standard FEA software (ANSYS, ABAQUS, NASTRAN).

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced stress and dynamics analysis for high‑reliability systems using FEA, hand calculations, and engineering judgment.
• Develop design bases, technical reports, calculations, and drawings in accordance with procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to inform design, manufacturing, and licensing strategies.
• Plan and perform analyses to ensure systems meet technical specs and design requirements.
• Write verification and validation plans for analytical tools and support tool qualification.
• Provide independent reviews of engineering deliverables to support decisions.
• Apply codes and standards for pressure‑retaining components and safety-critical systems.
