The role requires 8–12 years of relevant experience with a related degree, proficiency with FEMAP/NX NASTRAN, PATRAN/MSC NASTRAN, ANSYS or Abaqus, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 8–12 years of relevant industry experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6–10 years with a master’s degree.
• Experience with commercial FEA tools such as FEMAP, NX NASTRAN, PATRAN, MSC NASTRAN, ANSYS or Abaqus.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
• U.S. citizenship and Final Secret clearance eligibility.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to Huntsville, AL area.
