EY-Parthenon, a member of EY, seeks consultants to tackle high-impact strategic challenges for leading clients. You will join case teams, gather data, build analyses and craft client presentations, with rapid growth and client exposure.

The role emphasizes teamwork, rigorous problem-solving, and exposure to large-scale strategic initiatives across health and related sectors. A strong English command is essential, with travel and long hours expected at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related work experience, or graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research or similar, with health industry focus.
• Ability to conduct detailed analyses on products, markets, competitors and customers in health.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and time management to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Responsabilités

• Consultants participate as valued members of case teams helping clients address their most pressing strategic challenges.
• Identify information sources, assemble data, perform analyses, structure arguments and develop presentations.
• Training is provided and consultants gain responsibility quickly, often serving as primary contacts for clients.
• Work on a variety of complex client issues at the C-suite, including long-term strategies and evaluating acquisitions.
