CSL Plasma is seeking an experienced leader to drive forecasting programs for the Hematology portfolio. You will partner with commercial development, Brand/Marketing, and R&D to shape long-range plans and short-term budgets, delivering expert assumptions and end-to-end planning for global assets.

You will mentor a team of forecasters, lead complex model development, and present scenarios to senior leadership.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; post-graduate preferred.
• 8–10 years in pharma/biotech with forecasting/analytics leadership (5+ years leading teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Experience with forecasting BI tools and data sources (Tableau, QlikSense, Flexicast, Forecast Pro, @Risk).

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and management of long-term forecasting models for global therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with Hematology leaders in commercial development and R&D to align on long-range planning.
• Coordinate with international and US teams on inputs for short-term forecast and budget planning.
• Present forecast scenarios and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Provide market trend insights to guide asset strategy and business decisions.
• Oversee data analysis, market research, and external benchmarks for forecasts.
• Mentor and manage forecasters, including contractors and offshore resources.
• Drive 3– to 4–year forecasting with alignment to pricing and regional inputs.
