Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a quantitative discipline; 8+ years analytics/forecasting experience.
• 6+ years relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of plasma-derived therapies is a plus.
• Strong quantitative skills, pharma industry understanding, business acumen, and proficiency in Excel and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing high-quality forecasts aligned with strategic planning, lifecycle management, and pipeline prioritization.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Brand Analytics, Finance, and Market Research.
• Leading forecast validation, scenario analysis, and executive presentations.
• Driving process improvements using advanced analytics like regression and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Managing internal/external resources, supporting pipeline and lifecycle forecasts, and providing strategic insights for decision-making.
