Job Objective: To support management in product sales and acquisition, store maintenance and appearance, customer development and retention, and banking and record-keeping procedures.

Essential Functions: This role involves a variety of responsibilities including:

• Proficient use of cash registers and assisting others with basic register issues.
• Implementing store opening and closing procedures, supporting banking and reporting, and applying cash handling procedures.
• Making bank runs and deposits.
• Reporting on product acquisition, production, and sales.
• Supporting strategies to meet sales goals and understanding daily product goals.
• Managing product rotation and communicating with the warehouse for orders.
• Supporting store maintenance, safety procedures, and visual merchandising.
• Enhancing store appearance and customer experience through positive service and handling complaints.
• Updating management on store operations, incidents, and concerns.
• Promoting understanding of policies and directing feedback appropriately.
• Protecting resources and implementing product control procedures to prevent shrinkage.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
