Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations for its Altar'd State location in Bloomington, MN. You will lead with the Store Leader to achieve guest service, sales, and store standards.

You will develop talent, manage scheduling, and oversee loss prevention while ensuring a welcoming, well-merchandised store that reflects our mission to Stand Out. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a guest-focused team environment and drives sales.
• Co-leads floor sets and visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
• Manages scheduling and back-of-house organization.
• Oversees shipments, product prep, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Trains new associates and provides timely feedback to drive performance.
• Partners with district and visual leaders to roll out stores' visual plans.
