Stand Out For Good, Inc., parent company behind Altar'd State, is seeking an Assistant Store Leader for Lynnfield, MA to deliver an exceptional guest experience, hire and develop a diverse team, and drive sales through strong floor leadership.

In this role you will model service standards, recruit and train staff, manage community engagement campaigns, and ensure store results while upholding the Stand Out For Good mission to give back.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests.
• Proven record as a hospitality leader with knowledge of leadership including financial results and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to maintain a beautiful environment with attention to detail and inviting atmosphere.
• Desire to make a positive community impact; Stand Out For Good ethos.
• Able to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• 1 year Retail or Hospitality Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Models service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train and develop a team to achieve store goals.
• Foster team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognition.
• Manage Mission Monday/community initiatives to positively impact the community.
• Holds self and team accountable for P&L results and standards.
• Provide timely feedback and rewards to associates to drive retention.
