Qualifications

• 1 year Retail Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and support the Store Leader to achieve sales goals and controlling expenses.
• Drive guest engagement through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and service standards.
• Oversee scheduling, back-of-house organization, inventory and loss prevention processes, and staff development.
