Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dynamic team member to support store operations in Great Falls, MT. This role focuses on opening/closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stockroom are prepared for business.

You will handle returns, refunds, and assist with vendor deliveries while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience. You will engage customers, resolve issues, and model service best practices.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stockroom are ready.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management as necessary.
• Registers all related sales and manages price verifications and voids.
• Supports back-room operations including vendor deliveries and reverse logistics.
• Maintains accurate inventory across departments and stockroom.
