Job summary

Visionmakers, a luxury custom construction company, seeks a Stone & Masonry Jobsite Superintendent to oversee installation of custom stone and masonry projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate with the Stone Project Scheduler and sales team, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure safety, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service on high-end residential projects.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong understanding of stone and masonry installation.
• Experience managing installation crews or subcontractors, high-end residential preferred.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and construction plans.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute installation schedules with the SPS.
• Provide accurate estimates of installation durations and resource needs.
• Review scope, CAD drawings, plans, materials, and site conditions.
• Assign projects to crews and balance workloads.
• Provide timely progress updates and manage changes.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and material movement with the SPS.
• Communicate potential scheduling issues early to prevent delays.
• Maintain safety and site conditions; ensure quality workmanship.
• Lead installers and monitor progress and compliance with plans.
• Closeout: inspections, punch lists, and project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets and installation costs.
• Document installer work/pay forms and report unexpected costs.
