Job summary

Advance Residential Concrete is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Superintendent to lead all on-site aspects of executing concrete and masonry projects, including planning, quality control, jobsite safety, and customer communication.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of concrete/masonry field experience, 3+ years in leadership, strong communication skills, and must be eligible to work in the United States; candidate must pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of concrete and/or masonry experience in the field.
• Leadership experience of 3+ years preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer coordination abilities.
• Strong work ethic and organized approach.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all co-workers follow safe work practices.
• Inspect work and provide feedback to maintain high quality.
• Lead project layout for proper installation.
• Plan tasks to meet schedule and identify issues.
• Serve as ARC's on-site contact for communications.
• Coordinate progress and changes with ARC’s VP of Operations.
• Report site progress through daily reports and time clock entries.
• Lead and manage all assigned crew members.
