Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Foreman, Masonry to coordinate on-site activities and ensure safety on the job site. The role oversees installation work, scheduling, and safety for landscaping, irrigation, and site development projects.

The candidate must lead crews, review blueprints, and coordinate subcontractors while maintaining strict safety and quality standards in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience leading construction crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong written and oral communication and safety documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly job site inspections.
• Complete job site checklist.
• Installation of required materials for landscaping/irrigation/site development.
• Schedule delivery of materials and equipment.
• Lead crews production rates, quality control and safety.
• Assist in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors.
• Ensure weekly tailgate safety meetings are attended by all employees.
• Review traffic hazards; perform safety checks and PPE verifications.
• Maintain hazardous communication folders and report accidents per policy.
