Job summary

Terranea Resort is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead and train the Stewarding staff, ensuring all procedures meet hotel standards and guests receive optimum service. The role requires maintaining equipment knowledge, enforcing cleaning and safety protocols, and coordinating daily assignments.

The supervisor will monitor staff performance, manage attendance, and collaborate with Engineering for repairs. English fluency and prior janitorial or stewarding experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and storage.
• Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal).
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide directions to staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Stewarding staff and inspect performance to hotel standards.
• Coordinate and assign tasks; monitor breaks and attendance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stewarding areas and supplies.
• Address guest needs and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.
