Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Banquet Supervisor to manage setup, service, and teardown for private functions at the Central Park Boathouse. You will oversee space readiness, equipment, and storage, ensuring compliance with banquet orders and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in large-volume banquets, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; evenings and weekends required, with a team-focused, safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of banquets set up experience in a large/high-volume venue.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up private function areas with tables, chairs, linens and equipment per SOPs and BEOs.
• Oversee teardown and reset of event spaces per specifications.
• Inspect banquet equipment for defects and cleanliness.
• Monitor spaces for cleanliness and replenishment of beverages and supplies.
• Maintain/assist with monthly inventory reports for banquet equipment and supplies.
• Support events by assisting wait staff and operations to meet high standards.
