Legends Global is seeking a Banquet Supervisor for the Central Park Boathouse in New York, NY. You will lead banquet setup, oversee staff, and ensure spaces meet the highest standards of service across multiple events.

The role requires 2+ years in banquet setup, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of banquets set up experience in a large/high-volume venue.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up private function areas with tables, chairs, linens, and equipment per SOPs.
• Oversee teardown of event spaces with staff and Banquet Manager to reset rooms as required.
• Monitor cleanliness of spaces and replenish F&B and linens as needed.
• Assist during events with service to meet high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and organize banquet storage areas and ensure safety of equipment.
