Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Flexible with long hours; ability to stand for entire shift.
• Heavy lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally; endure temperature variations.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all kitchens, back dock, dumpster and utility work areas.
• Heavy duty cleaning of ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors, walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
• Sort, prewash, and transport banquet ware to dishwashing areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure sanitation throughout.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of restaurant buffet and events.
• Follow all sanitation standards and report equipment issues.
