Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality is opening ParOne Clubhouse at SkyRidge in Park City, Utah, and seeks an experienced Steward to oversee cleanliness, warewashing, equipment care, and supply control across back-of-house areas.

Reporting to culinary leadership, you will train the stewarding team, manage par levels, and coordinate with service staff for smooth operations during events and daily dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years stewarding experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and leadership.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding operations and maintain clean, safe back-of-house areas.
• Inspect warewashing machines and equipment for cleanliness and proper operation.
• Create and maintain cleaning schedules; verify completed work.
• Order stewarding supplies, maintain par levels, and secure storage.
• Track equipment inventory and coordinate distribution and storage.
• Support service setup and breakdown for restaurant service and events.
• Lead recycling, waste handling, and sanitation projects.
• Train staff on cleaning methods, safety, and PPE.
• Coordinate with culinary and leadership to prioritize needs.
