Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality seeks a Stewarding Supervisor for ParOne Clubhouse at SkyRidge in Park City, Utah. You will oversee stewarding operations and maintain clean, safe kitchens while supporting service during restaurant hours and private events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years of stewarding experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding operations and maintain clean, safe, organized kitchens and back-of-house areas.
• Inspect warewashing machines and equipment for cleanliness and safe operation.
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules.
• Order stewarding supplies and manage storage.
• Track inventory of food-and-beverage equipment and coordinate distribution.
• Support service setup for restaurant service, private events, and activations.
• Lead recycling and sustainability projects.
• Train staff on cleaning methods, chemical safety, and PPE.
• Coordinate with culinary and clubhouse leaders to prioritize needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding operations and maintain clean, safe, organized kitchens, storage rooms, walk-ins, and back-of-house work areas.
• Inspect warewashing machines, kitchen equipment, carts, and tools to confirm they are clean, safe, and operating properly.
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules and verify completed work.
• Order stewarding supplies, maintain par levels, and manage secure, orderly storage.
• Track food-and-beverage equipment inventory and coordinate distribution, collection, and storage.
• Support food delivery and the setup and breakdown of service stations for restaurant service, private events, and special activations.
• Lead recycling, waste-handling, deep-cleaning, and other assigned sustainability or sanitation projects.
• Conduct routine inspections and correct cleanliness, safety, or equipment concerns promptly.
• Train stewarding team members on cleaning methods, chemical safety, equipment use, personal protective equipment, and workplace expectations.
• Coordinate with culinary and clubhouse leaders to prioritize operational needs and maintain uninterrupted service.

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Stand and walk for extended periods, including up to six hours during a shift.
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, stretch, reach, and use hands and fingers to operate equipment and complete cleaning tasks.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally push or pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds with appropriate assistance and safe technique.
• Work safely in environments ranging from freezer temperatures near -10°F to kitchen temperatures near 110°F.
• Work around water, cleaning chemicals, heat, steam, noise, and commercial kitchen equipment while following required safety procedures.
• Perform other job duties as requested by culinary leadership.
