Formación

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Prior hospital experience in Sterile Processing is required.
• Sterile Processing Course verification.
• Sterile Processing Certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Sterile Processing Technician shift and coordinate daily functions in absence of management.
• Oversee staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor productivity and quality.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and quality standards (AAMI and AORN).
• Manage instrument decontamination, assembly, sterilization, storage, and inventory using tracking software.
