Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Operations Manager - Sterile Processing to lead all operational aspects of the sterile processing department in a hospital setting. You will coordinate department staff, oversee training, and liaise between administration and clinical units to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred), 2–3 years in Central Sterile operations, CRCST certification, and experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of progressively responsible experience in Central Sterile operations or similar.
• CRCST certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, direct, and coordinate all sterile processing functions and activities.
• Interpret policies, procedures, standards, and regulations for staff and clinical area.
• Prepare work schedules, assign personnel, evaluate performance, and suggest personnel actions.
• Maintain departmental policies, QA program, safety, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate Central Supply with operating room and nursing to provide prompt, efficient service.
