Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Manager, Sterile Processing to oversee operations at Riddle Hospital. You will coordinate OR instrumentation and staff, ensuring high-quality sterility services across OR/OB/ER/CCL/ASU and related areas. This role requires strong leadership and regulatory knowledge.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in OR instrumentation, three years in supervision, and CRCST certification with CSPDM preferred. College degree or equivalent OR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in OR instrumentation/procedures.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory/lead position.
• Extensive knowledge of Joint Commission standards, AAMI recommendations, and Local, State, and Federal regulations pertaining to Sterile Processing.
• CRCST certification required; CSPDT transfer within 6 months; CSPDM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all activities of the Sterile Processing Department.
• Ensure high-quality support for OR/OB/ER/CCL/ASU and ancillary areas.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
