Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in structure/steel construction or related field.
• Knowledge of construction management practices and processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets with project management and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
• Supervise on-site structure/steel construction activities and ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for subcontractors and vendors on schedules and requirements.
