Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a construction management degree is preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field with project management exposure.
• Basic understanding of construction methods and terminology.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budget development with management and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to plans.
• Supervise construction activities on-site and coordinate subcontractor work.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance throughout the project.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and change orders.
• Serve as main point of contact for subcontractors and vendors; communicate project updates.
