County of Santa Clara is seeking a Stationary Engineer Supervisor to oversee boiler and related equipment in County buildings. You will lead Stationary Engineers, coordinate emergency repairs, monitor meters, review maintenance procedures, and ensure safety and compliance with applicable codes.

The role requires knowledge of high and low pressure boilers, electrical and HVAC systems, and the ability to read blueprints.

Formación

• Must be able to operate and maintain high/low pressure steam boilers.
• Experience supervising Stationary Engineers and coordinating maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation and maintenance of boilers and related equipment in County buildings.
• Review readings and diagnose equipment issues using schematics and manuals.
• Plan schedules and assign tasks to staff; ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and ensure service quality.
• Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities.
