Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 4-5 years relevant experience.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing stairs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic computing.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assemble, install, maintain, and repair building systems; provide system support and knowledge.
• Conduct routine checks on safety devices; identify and correct issues.
• Monitor meters, gauges, and computerized controls; adjust as needed.
• Document events and facts concerning maintenance and operation of equipment.
• Apply in-depth knowledge and provide innovative solutions; coach others and share knowledge.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; build consensus across teams.
