You will monitor boilers, chillers, pumps, and related equipment, perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and execute preventive maintenance to ensure reliable facility operations. The role requires maintaining logs, coordinating with property management, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while supporting tenant comfort and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and operating boilers, chillers, pumps.
• Experience with Water Treatment practices to maintain system efficiency.
• Ability to plan and perform preventive maintenance reducing downtime.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in stationary engineering or building operations (e.g., boiler operator license) are beneficial.
• Knowledge of building automation systems, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics, keep maintenance records, and communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Physical capability to lift, climb, and work in mechanical rooms with a strong safety focus.
• Prior experience in commercial real estate facility operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain building mechanical systems including boilers, chillers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, conduct repairs, and execute preventive maintenance.
• Monitor steam and water treatment systems; maintain logs and documentation.
• Respond to service requests in a timely, safety‑focused manner.
• Collaborate with property management and building staff to support tenant comfort and regulatory compliance.
