Qualifications

• Four (4) years of verified journey-level stationary engineer experience in maintenance, repair and operation of mechanical and electrical pumping, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related plant machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains and repairs pumping, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration and power-generating equipment in a large complex.
• Inspects and tests machinery and equipment for safe and proper operation during walk-throughs; monitors fire prevention and water systems.
• Maintains logs with gauge readings, water analysis and temperatures to ensure preventative maintenance and equipment history.
• Handles and safely manages chemicals used in treatment, and coordinates with contractors and building occupants as needed.
