Responsibilities

• Lead statewide investigations and coordinate complex regulatory enforcement activities.
• Oversee emergency management planning, ESF-17 coordination, and building security roles.
• Plan, deliver and assess training for law enforcement and regulatory personnel to ensure competency.
• Advise Division leadership on policy, collaboration with agencies, and interagency initiatives.
• Represent the division in meetings and with partners to strengthen regulatory and public safety missions.
