Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and directs the operations of a large investigative office, division or department.
• Coordinate statewide regulatory enforcement activities and ensure consistent application of laws and agency requirements.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, response, and continuity of operations; serve as liaison for ESF-17 and partner agencies.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver training for law enforcement and regulatory personnel to maintain required competencies.
• Advise leadership on policies and procedures; establish relationships with agencies and represent the division at meetings.
