Job summary

Peppa Pig Theme Park is seeking an Entertainment Supervisor to oversee theatrical shows and experiences, guiding production elements from pre‑production through post‑mortem. You will serve as a crucial link between the creative process and daily in‑park operations, leading teams, coordinating auditions, and ensuring a fun, safe environment for guests with children.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in theatre/performing arts or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years in stage management, performer training, casting/auditioning, and production design or equivalent.
• 2+ years in theatrical/live entertainment show production and operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of productions/events from planning rehearsals to acting as Stage Manager when needed.
• Supervise and mentor cast and crew on assigned projects.
• Attend casting meetings, rehearsals, and auditions for productions/events.
• Foster a fun, safe, positive, and professional work environment for guests with children as the focus.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal park production/marketing/technical teams.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure staff training and coaching.
