Job summary

Sesame Place is seeking an Entertainment Supervisor to lead the on-site entertainment team, supervise cast and crew, and ensure action-packed shows meet entertainment standards. You will direct performances, coordinate rehearsals, and maintain safety and guest service excellence across events.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, feedback, and documentation while upholding SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and guest-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to train, coach and supervise staff across shifts.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and basic theatrical operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entertainment staff and show productions at assigned venue.
• Monitor administrative tasks: punch lists, schedules, and calendars.
• Assist with auditions, casting, and choreography for productions.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development for cast/crew.
• Ensure guest concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
